A compassionate, caring
and carefully curated environment for children to grow and develop
At our Kilburn site, just as we do at our Chingford nursery, we observe a holistic approach to childcare and education, which includes working in partnership with parents and the authorities to provide consistently high-quality childcare that meets the needs of the individual child.
Our nursery is divided into three age groups. Each area of the building caters for specific stages with appropriate equipment and facilities to promote your child’s independence, confidence and intellectual growth.
We strive at all times to foster an early learning environment that is tailored to each individual child’s needs in surroundings that are safe, secure, happy and relaxed.

nutrition and healthy eating for life!
Children learn through activity and exploration, which is facilitated by a healthy diet that contains more of the things our bodies need – and less of the things that we don’t need!
We also want to encourage healthy eating habits from the get-go, which is why all of our food is freshly prepared on-site by our experienced cook. We are able to cater for all dietary needs, including those required by young babies.

How we help our children to get settled in
This is the most important part of a child’s introduction to their nursery, and for this reason it should be carefully planned.
We recommend a settling-in week prior to the child’s start date, to give both children and parents a chance to adjust to nursery in a relaxed way. Coming to the nursery is an exciting, happy and sometimes scary experience. The settling-in week is free of charge and allows both you and your child to become familiar with nursery life, and your child to gradually get used to coming to the nursery and leaving you, their parent.
How It Works
Parents are encouraged to leave the setting and return during their child's settling-in process to help the child settle with ease fostering a positive and comfortable experience for both the child and parent. The settling sessions will be increased throughout the week to ensure the child experiences different routines.
Making the arrangements
The settling-in period usually lasts for one week, but you can discuss this with the nursery manager and the child’s key person so it can be tailored to you and your child’s needs. The exact programme for each settling-in period will depend on the individual child.
